Highlights: Deer stone statue- ancient historical site, Khuvsgul lake National Park, which covers its watershed, the Uur river basin and parts of Zuun Sayan Mountain range, home of rare wild animals and over 200 species of birds.

Brief IT:

Day 1. Arrival Ulaanbaatar.
Day 2. Flight to Khuvsgul Lake, Deer stone historical site.
Day 3. Tsaatan reindeer family, half day horse riding.
Day 4. Explore Khuvsgul lake and cruise for 1 hour to the lake.
Day 5. Flight to Ulaanbaatar.

Itinerary & map    

Day 1, 2.
Arrive Mongolia and we will pick you up and transfer to your hotel. Available city tour on request. Next morning Murun flight leaves Ulaanbaatar with an average flight time of 1:30hr. Upon arrival, our local guide & driver will meet you at Murun airport.
Then we will drive to Khuvsgul lake which is known as The Blue Pearl of Mongolia, the most fresh water lake in the country.
On the way, we will visit Deer stone historical site, known as "Reindeer stones” where were found some ancient carvings on large monumental stones.
After this historical site, we drive to the tourist ger camp and on the way good opportunity to take a photo of the wild nature.
The day ends with an overnight stay at comfortable ger camp.
Day 3
After breakfast, you will make a visit local ethnic nomad herder family, where you can discover local Nomadic lifestyle, and experience their daily life.
Also, the visit includes a half day horse riding through the exotic land of Taiga.
Depending on the season, there will be optional visit at TSAATAN - the last ethnic group of Mongolia, who lives in high taiga and believes in Shamanism.
In the evening, you will have Mongolian cuisine at Nomads family and overnight in comfortable ger tourist camp.
Day 4
This day, the visit includes breathtaking shores of Khuvsgul lake, as well as some hiking through the land of taiga forest, known as evergreen forest & mountain and it is a good opportunity to take photo of migrating birds, lake, various landscapes of grassland, river, and forested mountain. 
After exploring the shores of the lake, we will board on the Sukhbaatar ship and travel through beautiful blue Khuvsgul lake for 1 hour.
In the evening, you will be staying at comfortable tourist ger camp for overnight.
Day 5.
After breakfast we drive to Murun airport for 2 hours and fly back to Ulaanbaatar.
Day 6.
Transfer to airport/ train station for your departure Mongolia.
