TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Reservation:
a. Once you have chosen your tour service, please fill the booking form and send it to us: gobitours@gmail.com Or call to 976-99010059 and we'll discuss about the tour and prices.
b. After your acceptance, we'll send you the tour details, total cost and payment date in written.
c. Once you have paid deposit off the tour, we will begin to work on your tour.
Prices: 
All prices are per person and subject to change without notice.

Tour price includes:
- Car rental with local driver
- Fuel for vehicle
- Tour guide
- European & Mongolian meal
- Accommodation in comfortable ger camp
- National park & museum fees
- Domestic airport transfers
- TAX
- Camel or horse riding
- Water for drinking

Tour price does not include:
- Domestic air fees
- Accommodation in Ulaanbaatar
- Any alcohol & soft drinks, beverages
- Passport, visa & visa services
- Insurance
- International airport transfers
- Airport taxes & anything is not mentioned in the included part

Fuel surcharges:
Gobi tours reserves the right to amend the tour prices at any time due to increases of fuel price, which depends from supplier countries like Russia and China.
For this reason, internal air ticket prices are hard to determine until 1 or 2 months prior to tour departure date.
Insurance:
We recommend all travellers strongly to have own insurance of health, life, accident and property before your arrival Mongolia as the insurance is not included in the price.

Tour payment & confirmation
1. Deposit
For confirmation your booking, we require to pay 30%-50% of total tour cost. After that we will send you the booking confirmation in written.
We may require early payment of internal air & train tickets 100 % due to high demand of the flights and few domestic airlines in high season.
2.Full payment
The rest part of the tour cost should be paid within 30-70 days prior to the tour departure .
All reservations are subjects to cancel if deposit has not received on its due date.
3. Payment method
Payment can be made by bank transfers, by International Money Transfer services of Western Union, Money Gramm and Visa, Master cards.
The payer is responsible in all cases for transfers and card charges.
4. Cancellation
After a partial and full payment , cancellation request will be accepted only in written.
Cancellation will be applied on the received date of written cancellation.
Cancellation fees:
1. 1-10 days prior to departure date: 100% of total cost
2. 11-20 days prior to departure date: 70% of total cost
3. 21-30 days prior to departure date: 50% of total cost
4. 31-40 days prior to departure date: 30% of total cost
5. 41-50 days prior to departure date: 20% of total cost
6. More than 50 days prior to departure date: 50 USD p.p.
